Cruise Edinburgh is a marketing group established by Forth Ports Limited in collaboration with the Edinburgh Tourism Action Group (ETAG). The marketing group aims to promote Edinburgh as a transit or turnaround destination to the cruise line industry. With founding partners across the public and private sector, the Group’s activities will build on Edinburgh’s success to-date as a marquee destination in Northern Europe. The goal is to make planning visits to Edinburgh even easier and by expanding the number of regions and itineraries that include Edinburgh the Group hope to welcome many more cruise ships to Scotland’s capital city.
